At the Lana Del Rey official store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
